The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Construction of new sodium hypochlorite storage and feed facilities, including a bulk storage facility, sodium hypochlorite feed building, site modifications and improvements to support the facilities, chemical feed piping to application points, power and control, startup and commissioning, and selective demolition of the existing chlorine storage and feed systems.
